Try To Understand People ... !

Try To understand People

1.  If someone laughs too much, even at stupid things, he is lonely deep inside.
2.  If someone can't cry, he is Weak.
3.  If someone eats in an abnormal manner, he is tense.
4. If someone cries on little things, he is innocent and Soft-Hearted.
5.  If someone become angry over silly or petty things, it means he needs Love.
6.  If someone sleeps a lot, he is Sad.
7.  If someone speaks less, but speaks fast, he keeps secrets.

The Butterfly Effect Theory ... !

The Butterfly Effect Theory

Recently I watched a film on 13th Jan 2016 “Nanaku Prematho” and I am totally impressed with the direction part the way the director directed the film. The film is based on father sentiment but the basic theory behind the film is “Butterfly Effect Theory”. First time I agree with the director’s style of narrating the story with a small theory which will continue till the end of the film.

What is the Butterfly Effect?

In chaos theory, the butterfly effect is the sensitive dependence on initial conditions in which a small change in one state of a deterministic nonlinear system can result in large differences in a later state.

The Chaos theory is a field of study in mathematics which studies the behavior of dynamical systems that are highly sensitive to initial conditions—a response popularly referred to as the butterfly effect.

To explain it in a simple manner, the butterfly effect theory states that when a butterfly moves its wings somewhere in the world it can cause a tornado in another part of the world.

This might sound like an unrealistic assumption, How can a slight change like that one result in a big one such as a tornado?

Here is an example that will help you understand the Butterfly Effect theory in real life.

A man was working in a company where he was mistreated by his manager and after months of being disrespected by his arrogant boss he decided to quit.

Before the man left the company he spoke about it to the other employees and the result was that three other people decided to quit too.

When those people found themselves unemployed they decided to start their own business.

After some time and a lot of hard work their business became a very successful to the extent that they started competing with the company they used to work for.

Under the pressure of the fierce competition the old company declared bankruptcy!!

Didn't you just notice the Butterfly Effect theory in that example!! The mistreatment of a single employee resulted in the bankruptcy of the company years later.

This is what the Butterfly Effect theory is all about, a small unnoticeable change can result in a very big one later on.

How to Make Use of the Butterfly Effect theory

I bet that there are many changes that you want to make in your life but in the same time you can't do them because you believe that you don't have enough resources.

Here is where the butterfly effect theory can come into play, by focusing on doing very small tasks each day you will be able to experience very big changes as time passes.

Want to see how the butterfly effect theory can improve your life?

Here is an example that can show you how to take advantage of the butterfly effect:

Waking up thirty minutes earlier:
If you woke up just 30 minutes earlier each day you will be able to do some new things such as exercising. After few weeks you will become fit, your self-image will improve and consequently your self-confidence will. The improvement in your self-confidence will positively affect your career, health and relationships!! That was another example of the butterfly effect theory. A very small change has produced very big results.

Simple Theory which gives unrealistic things but the theory works for all the activities that happens in our daily life.

                                                      Everything is Inter-connected...

Harivillu (Rainbow) - Colours of life

The rainbow is a beautiful natural phenomenon; knowing the significance of each of the colors of the rainbow makes it even more beautiful. While Nature or God has created this glorious natural phenomenon; philosophers have given a meaning to its colors.

Every rainbow has seven colors beginning with red and ending with violet or purple. To remember the order of these colors, people use the acronym ROY G. BIV or VIBGYOR which stands for Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo and Violet.

Colors play an important role in our lives. Different colors symbolize different personalities, and also affect our moods differently. The seven colors of rainbow are also linked to seven chakra colors, seven day of the week, the colors of the Auras and so on. People use crystals, gems and other items in seven colors of the rainbow for attaining spirituality, good health, and wisdom.

Let us revisit the seven colors of the rainbow and what each one represents:

Red– This is the first color of the rainbow from top. Red signifies passion, vitality, enthusiasm and security. It is the light with the longest wavelength.

Orange– This light or color is a combination of yellow and red. It is a dynamic color representing creativity, practicality, playfulness as well as equilibrium or control.

Yellow– This is the color of the sunshine itself. It represents clarity of thought, wisdom, orderliness and energy.

Green– This is the middle color of the rainbow and denotes fertility, growth, balance, health and wealth.

Blue– This the fifth color of the rainbow which makes us think of the Unknown. The sky and the wide oceans are in this color and hence it has been associated with Spirituality and Divinity.

Indigo– It is believed that where Blue is calming, Indigo is sedating. Indigo is mystical as it bridges the Gap between Finite and Infinite. A Indigo colored gem stones are often used for spiritual attainment, psychic abilities, self-awareness and enhancement of Intuition.

Violet– The last color of the rainbow is a mix of red and blue. It is considered the highest element of spirituality. It can ignite one’s imagination and be an inspiration to artists. Dark tones of violet are associated with sorrow. Deeper shades of violet or purple denote high spiritual mastery.

Thus, the seven colors of the rainbow are not only a thing of great beauty but also have philosophical significances, specific functions and purpose.

The Rainbow Story

Once upon a time the colors of the world started to quarrel: all claimed that they were the best, the most important, the most useful, the favorite.

Green said: "Clearly I am the most important. I am the sign of life and of hope. I was chosen for grass, leaves, trees--without me, all animals would die. Look out over the countryside and you will see that I am in the majority."

Blue interrupted: "You only think about the Earth, but consider the sky and sea. It is the water that is the basis of life and drawn up by the clouds from the deep sea. The sky gives space and peace and serenity. Without my peace, you would all be nothing."

Yellow chuckled. "You are all so serious. I bring laughter, gaiety, and warmth to the world. The sun is yellow, the moon is yellow, the stars are yellow. Ever time you look at a sunflower, the whole world starts to smile. Without me, there would be no fun."

Orange started next to blow her temper. "I am the color of health and strength. I may be scarce but I am precious for I serve the needs of human life. I carry the most important vitamins. Think of carrots, pumpkins, oranges, mangos, and pawpaws. I don't hang around all the time, but when I fill the sky at sunrise or sunset, my beauty is so striking that no one gives another thought to any of you."

Red could stand it no longer. He shouted out: "I am the ruler of all of you. I am blood! Life's blood. I am the color of danger and of bravery. I am willing to fight for a cause. I bring fire to the blood! I am the color of passion and of love, the red rose, the poppy and the poinsettia. Without me, the earth would be as empty as the moon!"

Purple rose up to his full height. He was very tall and spoke with great pomp: "I am the color of royalty and power. Kings, chiefs, and bishops have always chosen me for I am a sign of authority and wisdom. People do not question me. They obey."

Finally, Indigo spoke, much more quietly than all the others but with just as much determination: "think of me. I am the color of silence. You hardly notice me, but without me, you all become superficial. I represent thought and reflection, twilight and deep water. You need me for balance and contrast, for prayer and inner peace."

And so all the colors went on boasting and quarreling, each convinced of their own superiority. Soon, their quarreling became louder and louder. Suddenly there was a startling flash of bright lightening! Thunder rolled and boomed! Rain started to pour down relentlessly. The colors crouched down in fear drawing close to one another for comfort.

In the midst of the clamor, Rain began to speak: "You foolish colors, fighting amongst yourselves, each trying to dominate the rest. Don't you know you were each made for a special purpose, unique and different? Join hands with one another and come to me."

Doing as they were told, the colors united and joined hands. The rain continued: "From now on, when it rains, each of you will stretch across the sky in a great bow of colors as a reminder that you can all live in peace. The rainbow is a sign of hope for tomorrow."And so, whenever a good rain washes the world and a rainbow appears in the sky, let us remember to appreciate one another.

So the moral of the story is as like rainbow our life is also like a combinations of several things and if you unite them, your life will be beautiful just like a rainbow.

Chess is not only a game, but also a way of life.

Chess is not only a game, but also a way of life. Playing
chess can teach you valuable life lessons and you may not
even know it!

The 10 items on this list are the greatest life lessons you
can learn from playing the game.

1. Sometimes it's Okay to Bluff
There may be a few times in life where you'll have to tell a white lie - and that's okay! Just like in a chess, you may need to act like you have it ask together when you're really shaking on the inside.

This confidence throws people off and can even make them uncomfortable. Use it to your advantage.

2. Sometimes it's Okay to Lose
Losing is not the worst thing that can happen to you in
life. Sometimes you need to lose in order to learn something. Chess and life are the same in this regards as well. You can learn from our mistakes and come out of the gate with guns blazing next time.

3. Flexibility is Essential
Things don't always go according to plan and people are
unpredictable. Remaining flexible relieves stress and gives
you the upper hand. The rigid you are, the better you're able to handle situations thrown your way.

4. Sometimes Sacrifice is Necessary
Sacrifice is a necessary part of life. without sacrifice we
will never get what we truly want or to be completely happy. In chess you may sacrifice a pawn to make a better attack later on in the game. The same principle applies once you  walk from the chessboard. Sacrifices in life help you do the things you really want at a later time.

5. Take Notice of Patterns
Patterns are everywhere and the better you are at spotting them, the better off you’ll be. When you can take notice of patterns you’re better equipped to predict the next move. This skill is used in chess to take notice of moves your opponent typically makes. You may even find a flaw in their game just by noticing their patterns.

6. Think Outside the Box
Chess trains you to think outside the box. There are many
times in a game where your plans are foiled and you need a creative solution to stay in the game. This is also a skill you will need over and over again in life. Thinking outside the box helps you find solutions to problems in ways that others may not think of.

7. If an Opportunity Arises, Take It
Opportunities don’t always arrive when you want them to, so when one is presented to you, don’t wait on it. This
principle is used in chess all the time. If there is an opportunity to take a crucial piece in your opponent’s army, you take it. The same goes with life. If you’re given the opportunity of a lifetime, don’t let it pass by. Take it and run with it.

8. Stand Your Ground
Chess is about making strong moves and sticking by them. You want to be confident in the moves you make – both in chess and life. In life, if you do something, make sure to stand your ground and fight for what you believe in.

9. Take Action
When there is a problem or a threat in chess, what do you do? You take action! Make a move, be on defense, or make a strong attack. This rule is no exception in life either. Take action to change things or make a difference. You don’t want to let life pass by without going after the things you  want.

10. Have Fun
Most importantly – in the game of chess and in everyday life – have fun. Do what makes you happy and enjoy everything you do. If you don’t have fun, what else is there to do? Make the best of each day and keep playing chess!

Here are some of the life quotations:

Life is like a game of chess, changing with each move.

Life is like a game of chess, you should never do any step
without a reason in mind.

Life is like a game of chess, no one has ever won a game of chess by taking only foreword moves, sometimes you have to move backwards to take better step foreword.

Life is like a game of chess, every decision you make will
either affect or effect your life!

True Love is like a game of chess, A boy always afraid of losing his queen, and a girl risking everything just to protect her king.

Togetherness Is The Key Of Joy

Today we focus more on earning and maintaining a standard life, hence life of the present generation has become too much busy but apparently we fail to make a balance between social and professional life.

Believe me, every weekend when I meet up with my friends I feel more like competition rather than engaging in gossips. It’s the competition to express that who were busiest in the entire week, I realized that we forgot to gossips like the old days about holidays, party, girls etc. I catch up with these buddies but still I feel the lack of joy of real togetherness.

I remember my childhood days when I used to go out to the playground with my childhood friends and spent out our golden by playing around the field, dancing and singing all around with joy.

I got a standard life, I got my childhood desire fulfilled but I did not feel the joy that I used to had at my village with nature. Just few years back when we used to go out for shopping at mall, brand outlets and we used to had some sort of joy, togetherness with friends, family and peace of mind after shopping but in present day we are engaged more in online shopping which doesn’t give that peace and satisfaction of mind but still we are engaged with it.

Most of the people in this generation suffers with depression, hypertension etc because of the lack of togetherness, where they can share their feelings openly and face to face with others.

Togetherness is not hanging with friends and family on Facebook and Skype , its is not sharing the festival wishes on Whats-app and other online messenger  , togetherness is coming up and catching up together in real world where we can share our joy , sorrows and happy moments together. Togetherness is something that reunites our lost happy souls together.

Nature plays a great role to reunites us, remember the childhood when we use to build sand house at beach with friends, mom and dad. That bunch of joy at school when we used to plant trees together with our friends.

We know that we are so busy to make our life stable and standard by working overtime, overnight  but to make our life more stable and healthy. It is very important to make a proper balance between our personal and professional life so that we can find some space from our daily busy schedule and spend some moments with the people you love and with the people who makes you laugh out loud. Believe me you will lead a happy life.

Reasons You Should Think Like An Ant !

Imagine what you could accomplish if you never quit and always did all that you could do.

When was the last time you saw ants reach an obstacle and give up with their heads down and head back to the ant hole to relax? Never.

Here’s another question. How much will an ant gather during the summer to prepare for winter? All that it possibly can.

I think everybody should study ants and their philosophy—it’s simple, but it’s powerful:

1. Ants never quit.

That's a good philosophy. If ants are headed somewhere and you try to stop them; they'll look for another way. They'll climb over, they'll climb under and they'll climb around. They keep looking for another way. What a neat philosophy, to never quit looking for a way to get where you're supposed to go.

2. Ants think winter all summer.

That's an important perspective. You can't be so naive as to think summer will last forever. So ants are gathering their winter food in the middle of summer.

An ancient story says, "Don't build your house on the sand in the summer." Why do we need that advice? Because it’s important to be realistic. In the summer, you've got to think storm. Think ahead.

3. Ants think summer all winter.

That is so important. During the winter, ants remind themselves, "This won't last long; we'll soon be out of here." And the first warm day, the ants are out. If it turns cold again, they'll dive back down, but then they come out the first warm day. They can't wait to get out.

4. Ants think “all-you-possibly-can.”

How much will an ant gather during the summer to prepare for the winter? All he possibly can. Ants don't have quotas or "good enough" philosophies. They don't gather a certain amount and then head back to the hole to hang out. If an ant can do more, it does. What an incredible philosophy, the "all-you-possibly-can" philosophy.

Never give up, look ahead, stay positive and do all you can.

The Amazing 3-Step Formula To Success!

What is this amazing 3-step formula I'm talking about?

Okay. Here it is:
1. Have a goal.
2. Do what you love.
3. Have relentless desire and determination.

That's it. That's the formula.

Now don't be fooled by the simplicity of the formula. After all, if it were easy, everyone would be successful and we all know that's not the case.
However, the formula is definitely viable for anyone whom religiously follows the steps.

Let's start with the first part of the formula:

(1.) Have a goal.

Every ounce of human progress--our inventions big and small, our medical and scientific discoveries, our engineering achievements, our business successes--were first visualized before they became realities. High-tech satellites orbit the earth because scientists made it their goal to conquer space.

So, what is a goal?

A goal is an objective, a purpose. A goal is more than just a dream, it's a dream acted upon. A goal is more than just sitting back and "wishing you could." A goal is a clear-as- glass, "This is what I'm working toward."

Nothing happens, no steps forward are taken, until a goal is established. Without goals, individuals just wander aimlessly through life under-achieving. They stumble and bumble along, not having a clue where they're going. So, as a result, they never get anywhere.

Goals are as essential to success as air is to life. No one ever stumbles into success, without having a clear-cut goal. (Winning the lottery doesn't count). Develop a clear picture of where you want to go.

And don't worry about setbacks, detours or little bumps in the road or big bumps either for that matter. Setbacks happen to everyone. That's life. Forget about it. Make the necessary adjustments and keep going.

Up next is the second part of the formula:

(2.) Do what you love.

There's an old saying, "Do what you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life!"

Do you understand what that means? It means if you work at doing something you truly love and enjoy, it won't really seem like work at all.

"Do what you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life!"

If you hate your job, find a way to do what you love so that you can quit. You may even have to work another part-time job or something to get to that point. But if you really and truly want it badly enough, you'll do whatever it takes.

Finally, we come to the third and last part of the formula:

(3.) Relentless desire and determination.

It is also the main reason why most people don't succeed. They don't have relentless desire and determination. I want you to commit the following words to memory:

"Any success you achieve will be in direct proportion to your desire and determination. The more desire and determination you have, the greater will be your success."

Now after reading this article, I'm sure many of you are wondering where and how to get started.

The very first thing I recommend is a complete re- programming of your mind. Because before you can start walking down that road to success, you first have to get your mind right.

Another thing, if you're married or living with someone and you suddenly announce to your spouse or lover that you want to eventually quit your job and "do what you love." Don't expect a whole lot of support or kisses and hugs.

Unfortunately, most people are conditioned to the "9 to 5, retire at 65," way of thinking.

So, if you expect support and encouragement from your family and friends, you're probably going to be disappointed. That's just the way it is. Most likely, you'll probably hear a bunch of negativity.

That's the point when you have to stay strong and focused. Because chances are, you're going to be in this alone. That's why the mind re-programming is so important. It'll help you stay focused and positive. And if by chance you do happen to have family and friends who do support you, so much the better!

Anyway, that's it. That's "The Amazing 3-Step Formula To Success!" You'll notice not once in this entire article did I mention anything about making more money. Why? Because "if you do what you love, the money will follow!"

In closing, if you want to be successful, you must NEVER give up. You must NEVER quit. NEVER! No matter what!

If you can dream it, you can do it :)

|| यदि आप यह सपना देख सकते हैं तो आप इसे पूरा कर सकते हैं ||

What does that mean?

To me, this means pretty much what it says. Actually, it’s pretty straight forward. The first part, “If you can dream it,” to me says “If you can put the thoughts that make up a thing together in your head”. The second part, “you can do it.” to me says “you can make that thought a reality.” So to me, this quote is about dreaming great and beautiful things, and making them so powerful in your head that you simply must make them come to life.

I believe that dreams are the words from God which shows us that how far we can go, how much we are capable of doing and what are our capabilities. Yes we need to dream because they shows us what we are and sometime they also tell us the right path to be chosen.

Why is having a "Dream" important?

For the purposes of this post, I will define a dream as a vision of a compelling future, which provides inspiration and motivation for the dreamer. The last two bits, inspiration and motivation, they are important. Without those, the dream will die when confronted by the realities involved in making it happen.

People are born with some aims and motto, as we grow up into different phases then the one inside us rise some desires which are to be fulfilled. If you can dream it then you can do it because you only dream it when you are capable of it, your soul, your will, and your desire says that you can do it. You may face many obstructions on your path but you can face them all.
